1984 - 2008: Celebrating 24 years in business

Sky background done using the Palette Turntable (PT2005), important note on what to start with first I stamped the steps (M312), then lined up the iron fence (T2) so the gate and the steps line up (it was really hard to do it any other way), then mask the steps and stamp the wall (T2) upside down so it lines up with the fence. As a final touch I stamped the fence (T2) upside down on the bottom to give the picture depth. The boy (F558) and the cat (J359) and trees (N67) (N55) were added after.

Hanging Moss (N92) and Mossy Branch (N86) were double inked first in gray then lightly in black then stamped on card, bldg (N88) colored in with markers, fence (N87), dog (J371), path and grass were done by taking a straight piece of paper and masking each side of the path and brushing on the green grass.

Sky Tool (D493) slid across glossy paper, house (J145), trees by house (D523), grass (N29), fence (J145), tree in foreground (N30), runner (D530). Sidewalk lines were drawn in using a ruler, marking a spot on the top of the house and radiating the lines out to make it look realistic.

The backgound was done using the Palette TurnTable (PT2005), the yellow in the water was added using a brush and yellow ink pad. background trees (H170), bridge (N24), water/ripples (N8), dock (N64), dog (J352), foreground branches (N61).

Sky Tool (D493) smeared on glossy paper, trees in background (L16), road (P6), trucks (H185), rock on left (J158) colored in with gray marker, foreground trees (T10).

Background was done by Sandra L. using the Palette Turntable (PT2005), I added the barn (N54) and the trees (N55) and grass (N29).

The background was done using the Palette (PT2005) extra yellow was added using a brush and ink pad, geese (J129), bridge (N24) trees/land (H170), water (N8), boaters (F543), grass in foreground (J129), cattails (H170), brambles off side of card (N22).

Torn scrap paper was used to mask the City (N9) to create high rises in the fog, sidewalk drawn in with marker before the dancers- so lines won't go through them and make them look like they are part of the sidewalk, fence (T2), branches (N61), dancers (J353), grass done using a brush and ink pad.

Watercolor technique: after inking stamp on ink pad I touched it to a sponge (I use the mr clean white scrubber sponge because it doesn't have any texture), Sky Tool (D493) inked on pad and sponge and smeared across glossy paper, Forest (P10) double inked in green and lightly in black and then on sponge, reflection (P10) inked in gray and sponge and smeared a little, ripples for water (N8) inked and sponged and slid a little, lighthouse top (J366) stamped above and below with base colored in with a marker.
