![]() I inked up the Shack (D587) in sand and stamped it first, then stamped the birds (J347). I colored the shack and drew in the post and feeder tray using PITT markers. Next I stamped the pine trees (K37) in gray by masking the bottom edge to look like a snow bank. Then the deer (MK1), the fir branches (N102), and brambles (N22) all in gray. I used texture (J174) for the ground "snow". |

This card is half-size, I double-inked the trees trunks (MK1) in the background and tall tree trunks on the left of the card in gray and brown. I added the brambles (N22) all around the edges in gray to create the feeling of leafless trees everywhere. I inked the trees in the foreground (K37) in gray/black (right tree) and pine green/black (left tree). The kids (D585, D586, D596) were inked in sand and colored with PITT markers. The hint of ground texture (J174) was inked in gray. |
![]() I double-inked the fence (M302) closest to the bottom in brown/black and masked the bottom edge of it to look like the snow is burying it. I inked the woman (D568) in sand and colored her using PITT markers. The footprints (N75), barn (D554), and tiny fence (N20) were inked in gray. The tree (MK7) was inked in pine green. The texture (J174) for the sky and snow was done in gray and smeared lightly. |

The house (J3356) in the distance, footprints (N75) and texture (J174) for sky and snow were all inked in gray. The tree (MK7) inked in pine green. The girl (F553) was inked in gray and colored using PITT markers. |
![]() For this card I inked the fence (M302) in brown and masked it, then inked another fence (N20) for the rest of the fence to the cabin (D581). I inked the cabin in gray and colored in the walls with PITT marker. I used the tree (K37) to bridge the gap between the 2 fences and double-inked it in green/black. The tree in front (N99) was masked to make it look like the snow was up above the bottom. The sky and snow were inked in gray and done with texture (J174). |

![]() January Sky (T13) inked in Marvy Matchable Salvia Blue and stamped without reinking several times. Background trees (P28) inked in green. Iron Fence (N87) inked in gray, Couple (J171) and women walking (D566) inked in sand and colored over using PITT markers. Footprints (N75) inked in gray. When I first inked the couple they looked like they were behind the fence... but after coloring over them I covered the fence with their dark pants. |
![]() Sky Tool (D493) inked in gray and smeared across glossy paper. Next I stamped the girl (D585) on the sled (D604), I inked her in sand and masked her legs, then I colored her over with the PITT markers and drew her legs in. Then I double-inked the Mountains (P15) in gray-green, masking the girl and sled with a scrap of paper. I added the background trees (MK7). I kept adding trees (N99, N102, K37) in the foreground to compensate for not quite getting the effect I wanted, using green-gray-black. |

![]() I cut out a big circle and stuck it to the blank card, then using the Palette (R1) with blues and violet, I placed the card onto the Palette and brayered the back. I then removed the paper circle and lightly brushed the moon with light blue. I stamped the Water (N8) on the bottom in blue and the hills (N20) on the horizon in dark blue, adding the trees (MK8) over the hills. Branches (N61) were added to the bottom edge, and the last thing I added was the clouds (T13) in dark blue. |
![]() First I cut out a circle and stuck it to the card, then using the Palette with blues, violet, and greens, I did the background. I removed the circle and lightly brushed the moon with light blue. I then added January Sky (T13) in Prussian Blue matchable over background (including moon). Added branches (N69) and rocks/ground (T16) and brushed green over it |

The
girl (K43) was inked in Sand and then colored in with PITT markers. The
grass was brushed on and the flowers (D594) were stamped in Pine Green.
The red flowers were added at the end using red PITT marker. The shadows
were done by smearing a light gray PITT marker. Trees (N70) and (D555)
and 1 from (MK9). Houses are (H183) and (K38). Lines on sidewalk were
drawn in. |

Stamps used skating guy (D595), couple (D590), fence (N87), background trees (K37), top branches (N42), bottom branches (N69). The "snowy" effect on the fence is just not enough ink... and I loved it> |

![]() Looks like I have had fun with this fence (N87) in many cards lately. Walking woman (F565) was inked in Sand and colored in using PITT markers. Shadows were added at end by smearing light gray PITT marker. Grass was brushed on. "Sun" was added by coloring in with yellow PITT marker. The path was done by tearing a piece of scrap paper and stamping the trees over it. Stamps used: Big pines (T19), tree on far right (M316), tree on other side of path (K44), 2 trees in center back (H189), tree on far left (M316), Sky "bit" (T15). |
![]() The woman with the hat (F566) was inked in Sand and stamped first, then I used liquid frisket to cover her and stamped the rest of the card. After the card was finished I took the liquid frisket off and colored her in using PITT markers. Stamps used: April Sky (T17), Water (T9), boat (J341), rock (N95), bush on left (L27), branches on right (N30). |

![]() The woman (F562) was inked in Sand and covered with liquid frisket, then the sand was brushed on, and the blanket was colored in freehand. After removing the frisket the woman was colored in using PITT markers. Stamps used: basket (MK12), beach house (K40) was masked to make it look like the sand is blowing over the stilts, the water (T9), April Sky (T17), sand hill (P26). |
![]() This card was done by stamping the same house (J168) 3 times and coloring them differently. The sidewalk and paths to houses were done by using the straight edge of scrap paper and brushing the grass in. The lines were done by picking a point on the horizon (rooftop) and radiating it out. The people were inked in Sand and colored in using PITT markers.The "road" was colored by stamping a gray Marvy Matchable ink pad directly onto the paper. Stamps used: runners (J354), girl with hands on hips (J336), Truck (MK10), trees in background (MK9). |
